How are you today? I wish you
feel great!
Anyways, this is what you always do. Inhale Peace, Exhale Stress...
Take ten deep breath. Check your to do list. Little by little; one at a time do
it slowly and mindfully. Every time you caught yourself, thinking negatively,
drink water. Anyways, I want to remind you, these ten things:
1. What ever the people say or do its beyond your control, let it be and let it
go.
2. The only thing that you can control is your response to other people.
3. Forgive more. Remember what the Bible says about forgiveness, "Lord, if
my brother sin against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven
times? Jesus answered, " I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven
times'" - Mt. 18:21-22.
4. Self-love. Engage on the activities that promote self-love (e.g. exercise,
meditation and etc.)
5. Read everyday. This is one of the things that you like most; keep doing it.
6. Write. write down your emotion, what you feel, why do you feel that way.
Write everything.
7. Give more, expect less; for you not to be disappointed, when you give do not
expect anything in return.
8. Be always grateful. Be thankful to the sun that shines, for free snack, be
thankful for everything.
9. Take time as commodity. Invest your time to the things that matter most to
your life.
10. Pray. When you don't know what to do, pray; Struggling? pray. Get a lot of
blessings, PRAY!
What ever seasons in your life, you are right now; enjoy it! No matter how hard
the going may be; keep going on. Keep the faith.
